Jader Monari

Jader Monari is a technical engineer at the Bologna radio telescope of the Italien Institute for Astrophysics (INAF). Since several years the institute is involved in the international SETI-Project (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence). Since 1994 the Italien scientists are in close contact with the Hessdalen researchers. Jader Monari made his first travel to Hessdalen in 1996 and is supporting the fieldwork with his experience in radio astronomy since that time. His idea is to investigate the Hessdalen Phenomenon as a star inside the atmosphere. Measurements in the VLF (Very Low Frequency) spectrum are of particular interest for him. The Hessdalen region seems to possess some particular feature in this range of the electromagnetic spectrum.

During 13 research trips to Hessdalen Jader Monari has been witnessing the Phenomenon two timees with his own eyes.
